Based on the judging panel’s observations, Mr. Hajime Iizuka – Executive General Manager, Aftersales Division, ISUZU Vietnam – emphasized that the Contest is an opportunity for contestants to objectively review their current capabilities, recognize areas for improvement, and translate what they learned into daily service operations.

The “TAKUMI × VALUE PROVIDER” spirit should be demonstrated not only through technical accuracy but also through faster problem solving, proactive communication, and customer-centered solutions that help maximize vehicle uptime.
