Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — September 13, 2024 — Isuzu Vietnam proudly announces the inaugural Vietnam Driver Skill Contest, a groundbreaking event dedicated to celebrating the skills, dedication, and professionalism of truck drivers across the country. The Contest is scheduled to take place on September 21, 2024, from 8:00 to 16:15 and is livestreamed on Isuzu Vietnam’s Facebook and YouTube as well as media partners’ channels. The event will gather 50 individual contestants and 25 teams, representing the excellent Vietnam’s driver community.
Introducing the ‘Takumi – Master of Drivers’ Theme
This year’s contest is centered around the theme ‘Takumi – Master of Drivers’ a concept that encapsulates the essence of mastery and craftsmanship. ‘Takumi’ (匠) is a Japanese term meaning ‘Artisan’ or ‘Master,’ symbolizing the highest level of skill, dedication, and expertise. Isuzu Vietnam aims to honor drivers who embody these qualities, reflecting the precision and professionalism required to excel in their roles.
